As you become sexually aroused, you naturally breathe rapidly. You can also deliberately use rapid breath to build your excitement, energy, and arousal. Many stage performers use this method to prepare for shows.

Do the hyper-drive breath through your mouth. Inhale and exhale rapidly and forcefully. You’re saturating all your body’s cells with a rich supply of oxygen. Do this breath for about 1 minute and you’ll likely feel a bit light headed (hyper-ventilated), but not dangerously so. If you’re too dizzy, reduce the number of rapid breaths until you find your comfort zone.

20 to 60 seconds of the hyper-drive breath readies you for peak performance, whether in bed, on stage, or in a competition.

Photographer Bernard McCaffrey seeking Models

Photographer Bernard McCaffrey, who took the photos for our book "Soul Sex: Tantra For Two" and whose website is linked through ours (under Exotic Art), is looking for couples to model for discreet erotic black and white art photos. The couples need not have "model" type bodies, but should have some creative imagination to share with the photographer in the project. Rates paid could run between $200 to $300 an hour per couple, with a shoot running between 1 and 1/2 and 2 hours. He can be contacted through his website at www.artistsincanada.com/mccaffrey.
